The Project is located within a decommissioned beach front Hotel and a landward open space, the total site area is about 654,000m2, and the total built up area is around 350,000m2.
The Project consists of a dogleg shaped lagoon, five resort hotels, and |
beach bungalows to be constructed along the lagoon perimeter, residential building units varying in size, a retail entertainment center, a water park, conference center, wharf promenade, old city, and Souk, the lagoon itself will be used for limited water recreational activities with a boat docking facility.
