The Project complies with the aspirations of Royal Jordanian Airlines, creating a unified landmark, housing a pleasurable and safe working environment within a legible, permeable secure realm.

| The zoning of uses and the footprint of the development encloses the defensible space of the inner street, and accentuates vistas unified by a character responsive to the surrounding context.
The project will be a landmark headquarters building reflecting the power and status of Royal Jordanian, expressing future success and prosperity, while reflecting the architectural character of Amman, and creating a 'central dealing hall' for all public activities. |

EDGO & Foursan has invited a selected number of architects to participate in a design competition for the design of the office building to be developed on Parcels 3F1 and 3E1 respectively, of the Abdali Development District, Amman, Jordan. |
The design of the buildings should be creative and compliant with architectural standards and the rules and regulations of the Abdali Development.
The EDGO building is a world-class corporate office. While part of the building, 2-3 floors, will serve as the EDGO Group's corporate headquarters, the building is expected to attract high-end corporate clientele and therefore must offer modern and sophisticated office facilities. The ground floor shall include high quality showrooms and retail spaces. |

While the Foursan building will not serve its corporate headquarters, it is expected to attract a high-end corporate clientele and therefore it should provide modern and sophisticated office facilities.

The project entails the design and construction of a world class convention center of some 27,000 m2 area with various meeting halls and one main multi purpose hall, full acoustics, and fully environmentally controlled and equipped with state of |
the art IT, AV, TV broadcasting, satellite communication systems all on a fast track design and build approach.
Al Sharkiyoun performed the architectural design concept with support from WATG, while AJ performed all structural design as well as all electromechanical services from concept to full contract documents, as well as specialist systems. ARUP of the UK are conceptual designers on the electromechanical and specialist systems.

The Project is located on a prime piece of land in the new Abdali District designated as Plot 1A with a plot area of 6,432 ,m2, comprising the full project site. The location forms part of the redevelopment and rejuvenation project of Al Abdali in central Amman, Jordan.

The development is a core and shell structure constituting of three buildings, and underground parking basements with a gross built up area of 142,230 m2, detailed as follows;
Tower 1A; a 220 m high tower of 51 floors above the ground, with a total built up area of 73,285 m2 |
- Building 1A1; a low rise 7 storey building with a total built up area of 5,760 m2
- Building 1A2; a low rise 8 storey building with a total built up area of 7,995 m2
Arabtech Jardaneh's scope of work (in joint venture with Projacs International) covers the Project Management and Construction Supervision Services for the preconstruction, construction Management and Post Construction Phase Services for Capital Bank of Jordan (Export and Finance Bank). |

the first 40 storey high building in Amman as the New Corporate Headquarters of the Housing Bank for Trade And Finance in the commercial district of Amman, and is currently actively completing the design from design development.
The Project entails a Podium plus 40

Floors as well as underground parking and other facilities. The total built up area of the new development is very much near to 100,000 m2 on a 12,000 m2 site |

The project is envisioned to primarily be an upscale retail complex that consists of a multi purpose facility which caters for a wider spectrum of tenants, including cinemas, bowling alleys, advance arcade centers, retail outlets, food courts, kids’ zones, restaurants, and cafes in addition to retail stores, anchor stores and a large supermarket.

This Entertainment Mall will target niche clientele, thus placing greater emphasis on adolescent, teenagers’ entertainment. Retail Arabtech Jardaneh will assume the Lead Consultant role in this project, for the design and construction supervision services. The Architectural design will be performed up to the Design development Stage by F+A and the structural and E/M design services will be performed up to Schematic Design Stage by Buro Happold .
