Advised Ministry of Public Works and Housing on a Strategic Road Map towards issuing a Build Operate and Transfer (BOT) concession for an inland port.
Realized the concept for a Public Private Partnership between Greater Amman Municipality and a private investment company for the development of a new Slaughterhouse servicing Amman and Zarqa Municipalities.
Advised the special purpose company (SPC) bidding for a BOT contract for the rehabilitation of Queen Alia International Airport.

Conducted an economic assessment of opportunities for Queen Alia International Airport.
Prepared an investment road map for a possible Public Private Partnership PPP between Aqaba Development Company (ADC) and a private investment company for the development of utility services in the Aqaba Special Economic Zone.
Developed a new cement plant in Jordan.
Governance & Public Sector Reform
Provided a multi-faceted policy analysis and decision support to the Public Sector Reform Unit (PSRU), with specific focus on ensuring the existence of structured and rigorous thinking about the necessary reform agenda for Jordan while ensuring that the Inter-Ministerial Committee (IMC) on Public Sector Reform has access to authoritative and comprehensive advice on public sector reform policy and strategy development, implementation and assessment.
PDMs Director (as program manager of the USAID - funded AMIR Programs Centers of Excellence (CoE) Program) provided leadership and management to this all-around program aimed to introduce the structures, skills and other resources needed to enhance the operational performance and sustainable effectiveness of select public sector organizations through institutional transformation, capacity building, and advocacy services that promote private-sector led public-sector facilitated economic growth.
